SESSION TWO

This session is designed for Year 2 ECTs to think about next steps, first by considering various career routes taken by members of SMT and middle management positions at PGS. This will be followed by a panel discussion. ECTs have been asked to send questions in advance of the discussion. If time, we will break into small groups for further discussions.
